IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?
There are 2 membership options on the "Plans & Pricing" page. However, because we want you to join, if you cannot afford membership at this time, just send us a message and we will get you on-board through volunteering or helping out in various other ways.
Beacon Endurance membership is a way for team members to give back to the team and cover costs for special events like clinics and social occasions.
WHAT IS A TYPICAL WORKOUT?
Team members engage in a variety of workouts year-round, always making the effort to be outside as weather permits. A typical week includes track routines, long runs, open water and pool swims, and cycling around the area and on the trainers in the EHQ pain cave/training center located at 123 Rombout Avenue. Sessions run can from 45 minutes to 3 hours or more.
HOW DO I JOIN A WORKOUT?
We use a chat tool called Slack to organize group workouts. Teammates can easily share their plans, including start time and place, route and target pace, so that others may join them.
